Full Job Description

We are looking for skilled and highly motivated people that are looking to grow their careers in exciting new ways to deliver on these fantastic opportunities across various business units. This will be in either our Programmes & Advisory, Water & Environment, Energy & Power or Transportation Business Units. Successful candidates will join our team of professionals, who work on a range of high-profile projects. This can be based out of any of our main hubs (London, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham, Glasgow, Exeter and more) You will become part of a World Leading Company with excellent career prospects. This could be delivering project tasks or designs and in a multi-disciplinary, multi-company environment across infrastructure and facilities at various stages in the project life cycle. Working within our diverse teams to deliver projects within agreed timeframes and budget.   • Provide a safe working culture within your project teams and promote safety across all aspects of work
  • Take a pivotal role in delivering our client's requirements.
  • Deliver complex projects successfully within budget and on schedule.
  • Agree and control budgets, escalation points, key milestones and targets.
  • Drive your team of diverse individuals to actively engage with new ways of thinking to provide an agile delivery environment.
  • Understand your clients' requirements and the impact of your projects success factors, then developing a schedule and delivery plan to ensure success.

    A masters degree or similar relevant experience to the environment (water, energy, transportation or major infrastrcuture sectors).
  • Project Management Qualification (APM, PRINCE2, Agile)
  • A proactive attitude and be keen to take ownership of client relationships and contribute to the growth of our business .
  • Proven working experience with a range of contract forms, in particular NEC 3/4 .
