Full Job Description

Position Summary:
This role will be responsible for providing business functional support to the Europe and Middle East (EME) Media Distribution Department across a broad range of areas, including sales support, programming, scheduling, broadcast operations, media credentials, event co-ordination and ticketing, weekly/regular reporting on department activities, tracking of key projects, preparing presentation-ready decks/documents, and assisting with the dissemination of market research information. In addition, the role supports ad hoc projects for the team as required.

Major Responsibilities:

-Managing and updating the contracts database for all regional broadcast and digital partners
-Tracking partners' contractual obligations and disseminating information amongst the team
-Administrative lead supporting the full sales cycle, from monitoring the pipeline and tracking progress through to drafting and submitting deal memos and online input of completed deals
-Responsible for updating sales and marketing materials for NBA and affiliate leagues (WNBA, G League, etc.)
-Tracking Due Diligence and compliance process for all NBA partners
-Assisting broadcasters with their NBA and affiliate league live game & programming schedules
-Managing invitation process, ticket delivery and creating seating plans for NBA EME games and events
-Managing the ticket request and delivery process for NBA and affiliate leagues games in the USA
-Managing footage requests that come out of our region in coordination with the NY Footage licensing team
-Handling EME media credentials process and liaising between NY and our broadcast/digital partners for NBA and affiliate leagues events and games
-Assisting the finance team in NY/London to monitor outstanding payments & provide relevant fiscal documents
-Sourcing partner KPIs, campaign reporting and monthly analysis
-Collecting information and updating the weekly Media Distribution team report/s
-Supporting the sales and account management teams with all EME partners whenever necessary
-Undertaking any other administrative duties that may be assigned

Required Skills / Knowledge:

-Understanding or ability to understand IP, contractual languages and legal processes
-1-2 year's Research/administrative experience
-Bachelor's degree (ideally a major in related Business or Law degree)
-Hard-working with a can-do attitude
-Ability to handle multiple tasks with good time management
-Strong written and verbal English skills
-Strong organizational and analytical skills with acute attention to detail
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential
-Self-sufficient, a quick learner, and a problem solver
-Values: open-minded, team player, enthusiastic, tenacious
-Understanding the sports and media industry is a bonus
-Fluency in another European language is a bonus, with a preference for
