What you will be doing:

  • Develop and coordinate project plans, schedules, and resources, ensuring timely delivery and milestone tracking.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Transformation, including scheduling meetings, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining calendars, and organizing project documentation.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project files, and assist in preparing and distributing project reports and status updates.

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related events, and work with the Change Officer to communicate and distribute project-related information and announcements to internal stakeholders.

  • Track project tasks, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular updates and preparing reports, status dashboards, and presentations for the project sponsor, Head of Transformation, and other stakeholders.

  • Identify, assess, and monitor project risks and issues, reporting on mitigation actions and escalating to the project sponsor or Head of Transformation as needed, while assisting in developing mitigation strategies, If you're ready to contribute to our mission of delivering better buildings and homes to enhance local communities, we want to hear from you.     At least two years experience of delivering projects in a project team environment, taking individual responsibility for delivering a range of IT and/or business process improvement projects

  • Experience of presenting at workshops or meetings that are designed to engage staff in project delivery, this may include providing training on new ways of working and coordinating testers (desirable)

  • Strong stakeholder management - proven in building and maintaining professional relationships internal to the business

  • Demonstrable understanding of project management tools and techniques

  • Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation & interpersonal skills with high level of attention to detail

  • Exhibits strong teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve project goals.

  • Shows a willingness to continuously develop skills and knowledge, embracing opportunities for professional growth and improvement.

    Basic salary on Scale 6 starting at £34,242 (inc LW).

  • A non-contractual and discretionary annual bonus scheme is in place based on the achievement of personal and company targets.
