Full Job Description

This is a new role, supporting the Head of Brand and Marketing with project management of the BRAND implementation programme which is a portfolio of 12 different projects. What you'll be doing

  • Working closely with colleagues to create project documentation procedures and processes.
  • Assist the Head of Brand and Marketing in analysing the flow of work between relevant department areas and evaluating its implications.
  • Support the Head of Brand and Marketing with effective resources management and implications.
  • Liaising regularly with stakeholders including suppliers to monitor progress against agreed action plans and track and chase on actions.
  • Working on the supplier procurement process.
  • Supporting governance to deliver the outcomes and record project progress.
  • Preparing presentations, reports, communications, and regular programme updates for a variety of audiences to maintain effective engagement of the programme.
  • Assist the Head of Brand and Marketing with invoice payment and budget management.
  • Arrange meetings, recording actions and distributing minutes.

    Successful candidates will need to be: experienced in project delivery and managing change (brand roll-out is highly desirable), experienced in creating and documenting procedures and processes, highly efficient and organised who can prioritise and multitask effectively, focused on organising and bringing people and resources together to achieve objectives. They will also need to have; a can-do attitude, excellent attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder management skills and communication skills.

    Salary: £20,520 per annum (£34,200 FTE) Fixed Term Contract (to end of 2026) - 21 hours per week (flexible days)
