Full Job Description

Are you motivated to address the inequalities of opportunity that exist in society?

Are you focussed on enabling all students to succeed and achieve their ambitions?

If so, this role in the Equality of Opportunity team at Teesside University may be for you.

This is an exciting time to join a vibrant, growing team focussed on driving forward a holistic, evidence informed approach to addressing the inequalities that exist for higher education students. Having launched our new Access and Participation Plan we have ambitious goals to reduce or eliminate inequalities for how students' access, thrive and progress through higher education and transition out into graduate opportunities. The team work collaboratively with colleagues, employers and our community to deliver our vision.

We are not fixed on the successful candidate having experience of working in an Access and Participation setting, this role may be of particular interest to a talented individual who has strong organisational skills and is able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve our ambitions. We are however fixed on seeking an individual who is motivated by our mission and can work as part of a team to deliver results.
