• Experience in historic building and conservation environments, with a strong background in heritage regeneration.
• A proven track record of managing projects, securing funding, and working with budgets.
• A passion for collaborating with diverse communities and stakeholders to develop creative, sustainable solutions for heritage-led growth.
Qualifications:
• A degree or equivalent in planning, architecture, urban design, or historic building conservation.
• Eligibility for full membership of RTPI, RIBA, IHBC, or a similar professional organization.

In this role, you'll lead Bradford's first HAZ, ensuring its heritage is preserved and celebrated for future generations. Your role: As part of our Landscape, Design and Conservation Team, you'll:
• Develop and implement the Bradford City Centre HAZ scheme, overseeing everything from the grant application process to cultural and engagement programmes.
• Collaborate with Historic England, community groups, and local partners to ensure that heritage, culture, and community are at the heart of decision-making.
• Drive projects forward, creating a lasting legacy for Bradford's first HAZ and inspiring heritage-led growth.
