Full Job Description

Provide excellent customer service and support via various channels.

-Continuously improve processes and information outputs for planned delivery projects.

-Handle administrative tasks, including reporting, complaint updates, and compliance.

-Monitor project quality and customer experience.

-Collaborate with contractors and residents to improve projects and maintain clear communication.

-Engage with internal and external stakeholders to enhance services and promote the organization.

-Analyze information for accuracy and escalate concerns.

-Keep trackers up to date and provide regular status updates.

-Support contractual meetings and effective contract management.

Experience in customer service, IT literacy, and analyzing customer feedback.

-Attention to detail and accuracy.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new IT tools.

-Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload.

-Ability to work independently and solve problems.

-Results and solutions focused

-Customer and service drive, proactively contributes to continuous improvement

-Able to plan, organise and prioritise workload effectively
