We have an exciting opportunity for a mid-level planning and scheduling professional to join our fast-growing energy team. As a Project planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects within our team. You’ll be responsible for establishing and maintaining the progress management baseline, overseeing earned value management, scheduling, and related disciplines. Your insights will drive informed decision-making and help us achieve project milestones effectively.,

  • Baseline Management: Set up and maintain the progress management baseline for assigned projects.

  • Earned Value Management: Monitor progress against the performance baseline, analyzing earned value metrics.

  • Scheduling Expertise: Coordinate project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.

  • Recovery Actions: Identify areas where project progress deviates from the baseline and implement recovery strategies as needed.

    Project Scheduling Mastery:
  • Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in scoping and creating project schedules.

  • Proficiency in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, and analysis.


  • Conceptual Depth:
  • A deep understanding of the principles and concepts of Schedule Management.

  • Ability to translate theory into practical solutions that drive project success.


  • Software Proficiency:
  • Detailed expertise in using either Primavera P6 or Enterprise Microsoft Project.

  • Navigate complex project management tools with ease.


  • Collaborative Mindset:
  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and monitoring of Project Plans, aligning them with our Schedule Management policies and procedures.
