Full Job Description

As a member of the Planning & Resource Management (PRM Integrate) pillar, you will primarily support the research and development teams. You will also collaborate closely with other key stakeholders, such as IT and Finance, to ensure optimal use of Planisware within UCB. One of the positions will require candidates to be familiar with, or have at least been exposed to; cost centre management, P&L and related financial concepts. What you'll do

  • Provide functional support to the R&D users of the project & portfolio management tool, Planisware (called Integrate within UCB).
  • Share and educate our stakeholders around Project Management best practices.
  • Be part of the product team, managing the lifecycle of Integrate.
  • Train the Integrate R&D users.
  • Lead or coordinate transversal initiatives around process improvements or Integrate deployments.
  • Who you'll work with
  • R&D stakeholders, Project Managers, Expenditure & Resource Planners, Plan Owners.
  • IT team.
  • Team supporting Planisware for Supply-Chain & Manufacturing.
  • Central PMO team.
  • Finance.

    Experience with project management tools, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience using Planisware or SAP.
  • Ability to work with diverse Teams in different geographies.
  • Ability to work cross functionally in a matrix organization.
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution mindset.
