Project Quantity Surveyor

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality. Working closely with project managers and site teams, you'll provide expert cost management and commercial insight throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Manage the financial and contractual performance of projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare accurate cost plans, budgets, and valuations for works.
• Procure and manage subcontractor packages, ensuring value for money and compliance with specifications.
• Monitor and report on project costs, including the preparation of cash flow forecasts.
• Identify and manage risks, providing advice on mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and negotiate variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
