Full Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Project Resource Coordinator to join our global team and managing efficiently the scheduling and allocation of consultancy resources.
This role is essential to maximising revenue potential and ensuring each project is matched with the most suitable resources. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in deploying talent effectively, optimising project staffing, and supporting revenue goals through proactive coordination, effective communication, and strong organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
Match consultant skill sets to client needs, ensuring project requirements align with team capabilities.
Efficiently allocate consultants' time to projects, keeping schedules accurate and up to date.
Communicate with clients and account managers on availability and scheduling, and work closely with consultants on workload and project allocations.
Proactively address scheduling conflicts and respond promptly to queries, resolving issues as they arise.
Identify potential project risks, staffing challenges, or other red flags and escalate to regional leadership as needed.
Coordinate with the broader scheduling team to align efforts, maximize resource utilisation, and contribute to special projects across the organization., We review every application received and will get in touch if your skills and experience match what we're looking for. Proven experience in resource scheduling and allocation, ideally within a consultancy or project-based environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and Office 365; familiarity with resource management software is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse stakeholders.
Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Ability to work collaboratively with a range of individuals and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Comfortable managing a high volume of transactions and juggling multiple responsibilities.
Desirable skills:
Familiarity with project management processes.
Experience with Salesforce and Kantata (or similar resource management tools) is a plus.
Background in high-volume administrative roles, especially in fast-paced, multi-staff environments where resilience and flexibility are key.
