Project Support Assistant - Environment Location - St Austell, An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator within our Water Division. Based within our Cornwall branch St Austell/Indian Queens, you will be responsible for ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to the highest standards. What you will be doing:
- Handling administrative requests and queries from Senior Managers
- Organising and maintaining the internal filing system
- Inputting data onto internal system
- Distribution of construction drawings to Site Managers
- Booking meetings for site-wide operations
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as a point of contact for staff and visitors
- General day to day office duties
- Distributing PPE to operatives
- Maintaining Business facilities files and processes for St Austell Hub, which includes day to day running of the office.
- Uploading project documents to the Clients platforms - such as Viewpoint and Delta
- Assisting with OA1/COU process with GT Contract Managers
Previous experience in an administration role - High levels of competency with Microsoft Office and all applicationsDesire to understand and promote the Company purpose, vision, values and culture
- Trustworthy and ethical approach, exercising discretion where required
- Organised, structured and professional, with a passion for excellence
- Flexibility, resilience and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
- Commitment to the provision of excellent customer service
- Experience in a fast paced, national and multi-site business
- Self starter who has the ability to prioritise a varied workload and demonstrate good time management to comply with deadlines
- Excellent IT Skills
