Full Job Description

This is a pivotal Project Support Assistant role that will work closely with a small and supportive team of programme and project managers across a number of projects to ensure the efficient and effective running of the programme.Responsibilities are varied and will range from scheduling and facilitating meetings and maintaining project documentation to engaging with stakeholders and undertaking research. Example projects include:

  • Implementing a new applicant tracking system
  • Creating a distinctive Employer Brand and Employer Value Proposition
  • Developing new policies and toollkits
  • Enhancing well-being services
  • Enhancing our early careers offer
  • Developing a future leaders programme

    We are looking for Project Support Assistant who can bring:
  • Experience of working in programme or project delivery environmentswith a proven record of managing workstreams and projects.
  • Organisational skills such as multi-tasking, use of initiative, problem solving, working independently and prioritising workloads.
  • The ability to create concise written documents and reports.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain beneficial working relationships with stakeholders., Disability Confident
