Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated and enthusiastic Research Project Assistant to join the Research and Innovation Directorate at University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Research Project Assistant to further develop skills within research to support a wide range of clinical studies. This will contribute to improving and changing the future care of patients., The Project Support Assistant will be responsible for the provision of high-quality data coordination in a dynamic research team, providing efficient and organised administrative support to managers on research projects and research business functions. The post holder will act as a main point of contact for amendment processing and archiving; ensuring confidential and sensitive information is always kept secure.

The post holder will require to have excellent communication skills at all levels, confidence and expert experience of working in diverse settings, must be able to use their own initiative, build strong working relationships and work as part of a team within the research environment. We are a friendly team working in a busy and demanding NHS environment; the post holder is expected to have a positive attitude to encourage and support the enhancement of an effective research culture within UHNM., We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing quality administration support, highly motivated to learn and develop further and wants to be part of dedicated team with a strong patient focus.
