The Project Support Coordinator is responsible for the provision of senior administrative and programme/project support services to the Performance and Commissioning Team. The postholder will: · Work as part of a team to co-ordinate and implement specific workstreams and team functions · Provide a comprehensive high quality administrative service · Be a primary point of contact for the team with internal and external stakeholders, which could include senior leaders, learners, educators, trainers and external organisations. · Work independently within a defined function to achieve agreed outcomes · Lead the administration of key process and associated IT systems The post-holder will work closely with colleagues, including senior leaders, across the directorate to deliver a high quality consistent service around Programme, Project Management, and commissioning aligned to NHSE Standard Operating Procedures.
