You will be conscientious with meticulous attention to detail and see tasks through to conclusion including leading, delegating and overseeing the workload of others. You will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and be confident in using all MS Office packages and be capable of learning how to use other digital platforms with training. The Professional Education and Strategic Leadership - Nursing and Midwifery Team are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Project Support Officer to join their PMO team, working across the nursing and midwifery education agenda, contributing to the delivery of the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan., You will be educated to degree level or have an equivalent level of knowledge or experience in a similar area. Skills to influence, negotiate and manage challenging conversations with tact and diplomacy will also be useful in these roles. The right candidates will demonstrate drive and enthusiasm for the service they will deliver., NHS England operates a hybrid model of working with 40% in person working and 60% home working expected. As a national organisation there may be some requirement to travel nationally and stay overnight on occasion to support events and activities associated with the training, so a flexible approach is needed.
