An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Support Officer in the Transformation Team to work on the Trusts' transformation programme.

The team works at the heart of hospital operations, working directly with clinical staff and care groups to improve quality, safety and flow of patient care. It is made up of around 33 improvement professionals (clinical and non-clinical) who adapt a range of improvement methodologies to deliver specific projects and build a sustainable culture of continuous improvement. The post holder will be required to support a variety of projects to improve the quality and efficiency of patient care across outpatients, theatres and inpatients.
