Full Job Description

Worcestershire County Council's Growth and Investment Team runs a number of projects to support businesses and organisations to start, innovate, grow, expand and reduce environmental impact to contribute to a thriving low carbon economy., You will assist the Project Manager in the operational delivery of support and grant funding. The varied work will include tasks such as day-to-day communication with businesses, organisations and project partners, administering grants, working closely with service providers, supporting event delivery and programme marketing and ensuring compliance with funding requirements. As part of a supportive team, you will work alongside colleagues within the County Council delivering information, business support projects and grant funding as part of the wider growth, investment and sustainability offer. The post is funded until 31st March 2026.

If you have experience of proactively monitoring and administering projects and tracking progress, effective organisational skills and an appreciation of environmental and sustainability issues relating to businesses, this could be the job for you.
