Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a keen individual who would like to gain experience, hone leadership skills, and develop, in our team. The Project Support Officer is a crucial role within Haringey GP Federation, enabling the smooth working for our organisation.

The role will support various at scale services run by the Federation, including specific project work, and standing administrative responsibilities. They will also assist the operational team in maintaining robust data collection and reporting processes and ensure compliance with relevant procedures and policies. There will also be potential for the individual to support the line management of the administrative team.

They will be part of our growing Operational Team, working to deliver the key objectives of Haringey GP Federation supporting and strengthening General Practice, providing at scale Primary Care services and being a voice of Primary Care in multi-agency working.

We are the Haringey GP Federation, a young and growing organisation working with 34 member practices in the diverse and vibrant borough of Haringey in north London.

Our vision is to support the people of Haringey to be healthier and happier. We do this by strengthening, innovating, and advocating for strong and sustainable General Practice in Haringey.

Our friendly, collaborative team has deservedly earned a strong reputation for providing best practice Primary Care services at scale. We are proud that our teams achievements have won external recognition, including at the recent HSJ awards for demonstrating professionally diverse clinical leadership in primary care
