Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) team, based in Guildford. The successful candidate will gain experience working alongside an integrated team of NHS Psychology and Probation professionals. The role of Project Support Officer is a senior administrative officer role, which requires a high degree of organisational and IT skills, managing the quarterly performance data collection, reporting, producing an annual training plan and following procurement/finance processes. The postholder will provide administrative support to a team of psychologists and probation practitioners who work within the OPD Pathway and the Intensive Intervention and Risk Management Service (IIRMS). IIRMS works with individuals leaving prison or forensic mental health care to support successful transitions to community living. Training will be provided to the successful applicant., We'll assess you against these behaviours during the selection process:

The role is set at 0.6 FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) with the flexibility to work the required hours within the core working hours, in close coordination with the Senior Probation Officer. There is an expectation to work from the Guildford Office., + NVQ Level 2 or equivalent , GCSE Grade A-C in English and Maths (or equivalent) IT Skills; Microsoft: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams
