Job Title: Project Support Professional

Location: Barrow-in-Furness

Salary: £35,802

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting in the Project Management Team of the Materials Technology Centre
  • Supporting small, medium and large projects for the entire function
  • Performing project reporting and tracking KPI’s
  • Assisting on all aspects of projects, including Lifecycle Management (LCM) and Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to meet Project objectives
  • Supporting the team in any other tasks required

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Experience of Project Lifecycle Management (LCM)
  • Project planning understanding
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Desirable:

  • Experience using SAP
  • Recognised Project Management qualification

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new, growing team in our Material Technology Centre. The role is varied and offers great visibility across the entire function and offers great progression opportunities. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
