Full Job Description

As a Project Support Co-Ordinator on our nuclear defence client, you will be responsible for support the project in the necessary manner to achieve optimal delivery success. What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate with external partners and agencies as necessary to exchange project documents securely.
  • Support the project manager in tracking and monitoring document status, revisions, and approvals.
  • Coordinate inputs to monthly report.
  • Timesheet coordination, checking appropriate codes have been used, hours and input to notes being of significant quality.
  • Manage and control all project documents.
  • Implement and maintain document control processes and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate efficient document flow and distribution.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify document integrity and adherence to regulatory requirements.
