Management of technical resources to ensure all technical deliverables are achieved
Lead the team in providing the optimal technical solutions
Maintain a rolling forecast of resource attached to activities
Develop performance measures for the team and report on these performance measures
Work with other projects, sectors, and other operating units to build on return on experience (Learn Fast)

Preferably has been or is currently the Technical Lead on a project of similar scale and complexity
Should have a background in infrastructure construction, design and delivery
Experience of managing teams within technical disciplines
Experience of interacting with the customer and other stakeholders
Demonstrate an understanding of how project technical disciplines interface and deliver project requirements.
