Full Job Description

Our Infrastructure OU brings its design, build and refurbishment expertise to complex projects across the country and we have an exciting opportunity for a ProjectWise Lead to join our BIM team in Leavesden, Hertfordshire. The role's purpose will be to support project leads with information and CDE management throughout our project's lifecycle. What you'll do:

  • Drive the Infrastructure OU CDE strategy and mobilisation approach.
  • Configure the projects CDE system to ISO standards with the support of the BIM team.
  • Support the ProjectWise environment by managing users, groups, access controls, and permissions, while maintaining workflows, templates, and standards.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ProjectWise users, stay current with system updates, and recommend improvements.
  • Assist Senior Information Controllers in developing reports and dashboards and managing information control across projects.
  • Ensure all projects have adequate provisions to meet contractual requirements and forward plan project workloads in collaboration with the Head of BIM.
  • Deliver training across projects and maintain good communication with clients, suppliers, stakeholders, and senior management.

    Extensive experience managing and working with ProjectWise.
  • Obtained or working towards your Bentley Accredited ProjectWise Administrator - Advanced.
  • Experience managing licensing and user management.
  • Knowledge of the UK BIM Framework: BS1192, PAS1192 and ISO 19650 suite of standards and Government Construction Strategies.
  • Experience with Office suite (including PowerBI and Office 365), developing scripts in PowerShell, VBA, and SQL, and working with 3D modelling systems.
