Join our team as a Project Worker and make a difference in the lives of individuals facing homelessness and rough sleeping. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred support and advice to our clients, focusing on their strengths, goals, and ambitions. Your role will involve assisting clients in making successful claims for benefits, providing key working using brief interventions, and linking clients with necessary support services. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
As a Project Worker, you'll have a passion for helping others and a commitment to promoting positive change. You'll demonstrate a good understanding of homelessness, trauma, substance use, and mental health issues. Your ability to communicate effectively and build partnerships with clients and other agencies will be essential in delivering comprehensive support services. Moreover, you'll be able to manage a caseload efficiently, maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times. Flexibility to work on a shift pattern, including weekends and unsociable hours, is a must.
