Full Job Description

Responsibilities A new opportunity has just become available, and we are looking for a Projects Operations Support Analyst to join our fantastic team in London. Responsibilities Governance Set up of Project Teams sites including appropriate folder structure. Review of project documentation prior to submission including Project Proposals, Project Initiation Documents, Project Scorecards and Project Closure documents. Set up of project document check list and work with Project Managers to complete and agree to documentation. Working with the Project Team to review RAID logs and keep up to date during each project. Reporting Ensure all project scorecards are kept up to date on a weekly basis chasing Project Managers as required. Update the Executive summary and RAG tracker for each project. Creation of the PDG (Project Delivery Group) meeting pack by compiling all required artefacts from the Project team. Assist the COO in collating the Quarterly Ops Committee pack. Reporting of Operational
Loss and Near misses for the Projects team. Project Finances Requesting of new project codes from the Finance team. Coding of project invoices and sending to Finance for payment. Updating Project Finance trackers with that month's actuals (invoices and internal costs) and creating the PDG Project Finance document. Work with the PMs/BAs to review current time allocation to projects and track Finances. Operations Support Operational support for the Joiners/Movers/Leavers processes liaising with Line Managers and IT. Work closely with the business users to ensure that all Quarterly Outsourced Service Reviews are completed and submitted in a timely manner on a quarterly basis. Operational support for Third Party/Vendor Management including ensuring Contracts are stored centrally, maintaining inventories and associated documentation is stored centrally. Assisting with the checking, coordination and authorisation of Operations invoices. Maintenance of the Operations content on the Company's
internet site. Maintenance of the Organisation Chart. SOX audit responsibilities - system user access certifications on a quarterly basis. Assist in application support where required including the raising of Service Now tickets. Benefits of working at W. R.
