You will be working for Places for London, a dedicated commercial property company set up by TfL to manage its commercial estate and property development. It plays a key role in shaping London., TfL delivers critical portfolios of projects to improve journeys for its customers. The Project & Programmes Graduate Scheme offers opportunities to work across multiple TfL areas and be involved in some of the UK's most exciting and high-profile programmes and projects. This may also include involvement in technology programmes designed to improve customer experiences across London. The scheme covers areas such as Project Controls (including Planning and Risk Management), Project Management, Sponsorship, and Construction Management. Graduates who complete the scheme can pursue careers in any of these areas, directly contributing to keeping London moving. Sustainability Sustainability is intrinsic to TfL's ethos, ensuring operations protect and regenerate the natural world. Responsibilities This two-year development programme consists of up to four placement rotations, designed to equip graduates with a broad range of skills and experience. Each graduate's journey is tailored to individual career ambitions.,
- Placement Manager: Provides day-to-day management and developmental support.
- Scheme Sponsor: A senior manager offering technical and professional advice while acting as the line manager.
- Buddy: Typically an apprentice or graduate, offering guidance and helping new hires feel welcome.

Applicants must hold any degree classification in any discipline., Working in teams responsible for project planning or risk management across multiple Projects & Programmes in Capital Delivery and Asset Performance & Capital Delivery. 2. Assistant Project Manager (6 months): Working in a project team in TfL Capital or Technology & Data, with responsibilities including managing scope, governance, and resource management, dependent on the stage and specifics of the project. 3. Construction (6 months): Gaining experience managing construction projects in TfL Capital, including responsibilities such as stakeholder management and quality assurance. 4. Sponsorship (6 months): Learning about business cases, project initiation, and the role of a Sponsor in driving projects forward.
