This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and workplace focussed Projects & Programme Manager to join the Real Estate and Facilities department. Reporting in to the Real Estate & Workplace Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the project governance and operating procedures for the Real Estate & Workplace Centre of Excellence (CoE). Managing & executing key programs/projects within the organization spanning multiple disciplines, functions and geographies.     With the ability to build strong, trusting relationships and effectively influence and gain support for ideas, the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
  • Robust knowledge of change management principles, approach & experience
  • Project management experience in an M&E, FM , construction or critical environment.
  • Managing ME&P Projects
  • Managed Design & Build Projects.
  • Experience analysing/reviewing sophisticated financial models and cost/benefit analyses resulting in strong cost and risk management skills
  • Ability to lead and drive strategy and prioritize and mobilize resources across a wide geographical area
  • Track record in managing and delivering a variety of projects at the same time
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Member of industry recognized organizations
  • Excellent presentation, organization and communication skills; comfortable working with senior management on a regular basis; ability to build and maintain business partnerships
