Full Job Description

The post holder will advise on all aspects of statutory compliance with regard to LSCFT premises under the direct control of LSCFT Estates & Facilities and liaise with landlords to ensure safe working environments within shared / leases premises.
The post holder will need to be flexible in order to attend all Trust compliance audits and any other requirements. Due to the nature of the risks involved with this role, it is very fast-paced and requires a proactive, self-motivated and keen individual., We are currently looking to recruit a Property Compliance Officer on a permanent basis.
The post holder will be responsible for managing and monitoring statutory compliance across all Trust core properties, to ensure buildings are maintained and managed effectively throughout the Trust and provide assurance of safety for service users, staff and visitors.
