An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented manager with strong strategic and operational leadership experience to join our Housing Management Team and help realise our ambitions. Property and Development Manager Grade 12 i.e. £52,701 to £57,748 per annum (Pay Award Pending) You will be responsible for the development of our housing asset management and investment strategies, the delivery of capital investment projects and planned maintenance programmes as well as delivering our new housing development projects within the District., We value the diversity of our people and actively encourage applications from all sections of the community.   • Substantial experience of working in the field of housing and asset management at a senior level
  • Experience in the management of contract related work and associated procedures as well as budget and financial management
  • A relevant qualification in Building Construction, Property Maintenance, Managing Safety
  • An understanding of all relevant legislation, which impacts on buildings standards
  • A proven track record of partnership working
  • Strong people, team and change management skills
