Property Executive

Liaising with tenants and potential tenants and delivering great customer service

- Coordinating repairs to keep our properties pristine

- Dressing rooms ready to let

- Conducting property viewings

- Keeping our administration ducks in a row

- Supporting marketing activities

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Property Executive.

In this role, you'll help us to provide exceptional customer service to our housemates and landlords.

You will have excellent administrative and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail., Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

We're looking for an enthusiastic person, keen to succeed with high standards, an eye for detail, great communication skills and a good sense of humour.

No experience is required as full training will be given

Full driving licence and access to a vehicle essential.
