Full Job Description
Horsham District Council is looking for a Property Finance Administrator to support the Property and Facilities team with day-to-day administration of property related financial activities, performance analysis and risk reporting.
As Property Finance Administrator you will be responsible for:
Processing of invoices for payment through the T1 financial management system
Preparation of purchase orders
Analysis and reporting of aged debt
Liaison with suppliers, debtors and finance
Expenditure analysis to support surveyors' decisions
Monthly monitoring on budget variances, including year-end reporting
Preparation of annual budgets
Management of service charges including preparation of statements and demands
Reconciliation of utility accounts
To succeed as Property Finance Administrator, you will be organised, accurate, innovative and disciplined. You will have good IT skills particularly in Excel and be able to learn new IT systems. An ability to work independently whilst maintaining good team communication is essential. Experience in finance and bookkeeping is essential., Disability Confident
