Property Maintenance / Service Operative

The Property Maintenance / Service Operative must provide robust and flexible support and undertake a number of duties such as cleaning, routine maintenance tasks, lift and shift, post, escorting and other general duties in support of the Group Property operations on a site.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Carry out cleaning of all internal areas on site, including offices, toilets, labs and kitchens.


• Deliver general service tasks as identified such as hanging notice boards, weekly shower flushes and recording for audit purposes.


• Ensure maintenance standards and quality of work delivered are to the required level.


• Receipt, sort, record (as appropriate) & deliver post & parcels on site.


• Assist in resolving customer issues with outstanding tasks or deliveries.
  
  Essential experience of the Property Maintenance / Service Operative:


• You must have previous experience in a similar role.


• The Property Maintenance / Services Operative must also have a full driving license.
