Property Manager

We are happy to say that based on our long-term company growth we are looking for a new colleague - Commercial Real Estate Valuer. We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. • Manage a portfolio of prime properties in London, ensuring outstanding customer service for tenants and landlords.
• Provide comprehensive property management services, addressing maintenance issues promptly.
• Conduct pre-tenancy works and annual property visits.
• Coordinate and oversee refurbishment projects as needed.
• Maintain and update service and maintenance contracts in accordance with contractual requirements.
  
  Exceptional customer service skills.
• 2 + years in Lettings Property Management
• Proven ability to manage difficult conversations and build strong professional relationships both internally and externally.
• Effective communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Experience in Residential Lettings Management.
• Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic would be advantageous
