Full Job Description

As a Property Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting property inspections.
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions or renewals.
  • Coordinating property maintenance and repairs with contractors.
  • Managing deposit returns and resolving rental arrears.
  • Handling evictions and ensuring regulatory health and safety compliance.
  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

    Competitive Salary:
  • Basic salary: £20,000-£27,500 per year (based on experience).
  • Up to £5,400 in capped commission and an additional £2,725 uncapped commission.
  • Minimum on-target earnings: £28,125+ per year.
