Property Officer - Lease and Tenancy

We are seeking to appoint someone with excellent interpersonal skills with a property and/or legal background as a Propery Officer to work in our busy office in North Bristol.

This is a key role in our property team at the Diocese of Bristol. You will be responsible for the smooth running of our lease, tenancy, transaction and legal administration under the guidance of the Head of Housing & Glebe.

This is a varied role - you will help us to ensure our portfolio is well managed and all legal and trust matters are undertaken with care and due diligence.

The Diocese of Bristol is the administrative area of the Church of England that covers Bristol, Swindon, smaller towns and surrounding rural areas. Around 15,000 children and young people attend our 71 church schools and there are more than 200 churches in the Diocese, led by ministry teams. The Diocese can be seen as a family of 30,000 or so clergy, school staff and students, other staff, parish teams, volunteers and church attenders who work together with a common goal for all people to flourish and experience 'life in all its fullness'.
