Property Service Coordinator Contract: Permanent Work Hours: 40 Hours per week We are seeking a dedicated Property Service Co-ordinator with a strong background in Facilities Management (FM) to join our fast-paced team. This position is based on-site with a prestigious global beauty company, where exceptional customer service and clear communication are paramount. Main Duties:

• Support the Retail Helpdesk Lead: Assist in managing and delivering contractual obligations and client expectations.
• Job Logging and Management: Log jobs from retail stores on the CAFM system, oversee them to completion, and handle quote submissions to the client.
• Departmental Housekeeping: Assist colleagues in maintaining departmental housekeeping and complete necessary administrative tasks to comply with processes and procedures.
• KPI/SLA Compliance: Ensure contract-specific KPIs, SLAs, and first-time fixes are met.
• Client/Customer Communication: Maintain comprehensive and timely communication with clients and customers.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with stakeholders and building users to ensure effective programming of PPM.
• Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly updates on service lines.
