We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Property Assistant to join our team for a maternity cover role. In this pivotal position, you will support the Director of Property Services and the wider team in delivering a variety of property-related projects across our portfolio of historic pubs and hotels. This varied and rewarding role will involve administering and coordinating property projects, managing communication with key stakeholders, and providing essential support to the property services team. It's a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of high-profile initiatives while gaining valuable experience in the property sector.,
- Provide project and admin support for our exciting programme of capital investment across a portfolio of 300 historic pubs and hotels
- Core duties, include but are not limited to:
- Handling and responding to project inquiries
- Project file and document management
- Raising and processing orders including appointments for project teams
- Dealing with project team enquiries
- Planning and coordination of project diaries
- Administering information flow to key stakeholders including records of project meetings
- Maintaining project health and safety completion documentation Provide support to the wider property team where required Provide holiday/sickness cover support for the property helpdesk if required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload to deliver within time parameters
- Proactive, organised, and meticulous with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective delivery within a team and individually, with the ability to adapt to changing needs
- Maintain high standards and deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
- IT literate and Microsoft proficient · Property management experience desirable but not essential
