Full Job Description

A unique opportunity to lead the Council's property management services across a diverse estate, which includes an extensive commercial property portfolio. We are looking for competent real estate professionals with excellent business and commercial acumen who can improve the performance of the council's asset base and increase its net commercial income.,

  • You may be required to provide a suitable vehicle in connection with the duties of this post

  • The post is open to Hybrid working

  • Flexible approach to working hours, able to work outside normal office hours if necessary, including a requirement to be available for evening meetings
