A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Property Services and Operational Manager to join our Association. The Property Services and Operational Manager will be based at our offices in Bolton.

  • Purpose of the role
  • This is a key operational post contributing significantly to the management and development of Adullam's services. Working within the organisation's charitable aims and objectives, you will help to develop services which deliver real change in the lives of vulnerable people, delivered to excellent standards.
  • You will work to deliver outcomes outlined in Service, Corporate and Regional Plans and are expected to contribute to the overall ability of services to involve Customers and evolve to meet local need as effectively as they can.
  • As a manager you will be expected to ensure effective working relationships with internal and external colleagues (including volunteers, customers, community members and partner agencies) and contribute to the embedding and development of Adullam's values, culture and ethos.

    Salary up to £36,750.00 per annum for 37.5 hours per week on a temporary basis until June 2025,
