Full Job Description

To provide efficient, effective and professional property surveying and management services for Trust ownedleased and occupied buildings to agreed key performance indicators and deliverables.- Develop strong and professional working relationships with landlords, tenants and managed services representatives, including NHS Property Services Ltd, other Trusts, Community Health Partnership (forLift Properties) GPs and commercial landlords.- Contribute to the delivery of agreed property management services and solutions through formal leases and licenses with partners and external landlords as appropriate to all Trust properties. Carry out theTenant Representative function to those buildings where Trust is tenant.- Assist in the delivery of managed services to agreed financial parameters, including monitoring invoicing and income collection as appropriate.- Work with tenants and NHS Property Services Ltd, CHP, local partners and Clinical Service users to provide fit for purpose buildings and to
maximise occupancy levels. Make recommendations for rationalisation as appropriate., Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, however there will be occasions that weekend work may be required, at either site, i.e. to supervise accommodation moves which are usually out of hours and at weekends.

We have a number of properties within the regions which will require travel to and from your base or home - you will need use of your own car (insured to include commuting for business purposes) or access to other forms of transport to assist you in travelling between sites.

There will be times, due to the nature of this role, that you may be exposed to unpleasant working conditions, ie property inspections

Educated to degree level preferably in a relevant property subject and property management expereince you will enjoy working as part of a team, delivering on your department's aims and objectives to include both The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust and Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust.

You will possess strong numeracy and literacy skills together with an analytical mindset to enable you to receive and interpret complex information, for instance contained within tenancy agreements and contracts.

You are used to using a wide range of Microsoft IT packages.

As part of a team, you will possess practised and developed interpersonal skills enabling articulate communicate at all levels within both organisations to also include external partners and agencies, for instance solicitors, landlords, landlord agents etc...
