Full Job Description

We are currently looking for a Team Administrator to join Royal London Asset Management, to support the Property Team. You will provide administration support to the property team and deal with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

The Property admin team ensure the smooth operation of the Property Team to deliver better Customer Outcome.

About the role

  • Diary Management: arranging meetings as required - issuing electronic invitations from Outlook; booking meeting rooms; arranging refreshments and lunches when required

  • Word processing: to prepare letters, emails and documents as and when required

  • Travel Arrangements: organise travel and accommodation for members of the property team via the online booking system

  • Expenses: to upload expense claims on to the P2P system

  • Post: organise incoming and outgoing post. Arrange couriers when required

  • Minute Taking: to attend meetings and other events as required to take comprehensive and accurate minutes. To take minutes that accurately reflect the discussion and decisions that took place during the meeting

  • Legal Documents: to arrange for legal documents/contracts to be signed (both electronically and physically) and return back to the solicitors

    Experience of secretarial/administration work essential

  • Property experience and understanding of legal and property technical terms useful

  • Good Microsoft office skills (word; excel; powerpoint; outlook)

  • Strong time management skills

  • Team working
