Reporting to the Legal Administration Supervisor, the Property Transfer Administrator will join a small, dedicated and motivated team to help deliver excellent administration in a timely and effective manner to support the buying, selling and sub-letting of retirement apartments within the Churchill Estates portfolio. The Administrator deals with all aspects of administration relating to property sales, transfers and rentals. This will include dealing with solicitors, internal stakeholders, homeowners and their families, Land Registry and more. You will liaise with people at all levels using various communication methods in a diligent and professional manner to provide a first-class customer service at all touchpoints. In addition, you will support the legal administration team as we develop our IT and internal systems to improve automation and workflows. The Property Transfer Administrator is encouraged to remain up to date in current and new legislation relevant to ARMA, AIRPM and RICS, with ongoing training and support provided. Based in Ringwood, the hours of work are 09 : 00-17 : 30 Monday to Thursday and 09 : 00-17 : 00 on Friday., We manage over 220 developments nationally. That means we oversee more than 9000 apartments, providing property services and customer care to over 11,000 retired people. This is an excellent opportunity for an Administrator or Senior Administrator to develop their knowledge and experience in this field of expertise. You'll demonstrate a passion and interest in all things 'property' with proven administration and systems experience. It would be advantageous to have a background in estate agency, lettings, legal administration or similar. You'll be an organised individual with excellent communication skills and a great eye for detail. You must be a team-player, flexible in your approach to work, with a willingness to observe, listen and learn, ready to take on new tasks and responsibilities within the team. You will work in a timely and efficient manner, managing a number of tasks simultaneously with the ability to prioritise workload. Your standard of English language and numeracy skills will be to a minimum of GCSE Level C / 5 and your experience of using MS Office applications, including Excel, ideally to intermediate level, is essential.
