As a Proposition Specialist within the Handset & Device Lifecycle Services team, you'll be responsible for supporting the biggest, most important handset launches in our calendar and leading on tactical launches that enable us to keep up our winning momentum in the market. Your work will be varied across device financing, new handset launches and in-life service propositions. Whether supporting proposition execution on specific handset launches, or building and executing best-in-class proposition plans for new device financing & service propositions, you'll have the opportunity to work with an array of teams and develop a variety of skills and knowledge that'll benefit your future career. Key accountabilities:

  • Support in the proposition development and execution of key strategic & tactical propositions across handsets, device financing and service as part of our wider Mobile strategy.
  • Explore new proposition opportunities through customer & market insights analysis, assessing commercial feasibility through business casing, and working across teams to shape the execution of our desired customer experience and marketing approach.
  • Obsess over how we attract new customers, and help them up the value chain through insight-led, segmented propositions.
  • As a customer champion you'll be a strong voice to shape the desired customer experience journeys across our sales & support channels.
  • Support the Go-To-Market (GTM) process to successfully launch new propositions into the market, working closely with stakeholders across all channels to set and successfully deliver the proposition vision.

    Understanding of the UK Consumer Mobile market.
  • Creative thinking with an eye for detail and passion for flawless execution with customer remaining at the heart.
  • Articulate, with the ability to simplify complex concepts to engage and inspire stakeholders throughout the business with the vision of our new propositions.
  • Collaboration and at times resilience to drive change through a complex business, while dealing with multiple demanding stakeholders.
  • Commercially able, with ability to recommend and prioritise change that will deliver the biggest commercial benefit to the business.
