As a Propositions Executive, you will be part of a fast-paced team responsible for creating bespoke offerings to engage existing and potential new clients. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive and grow opportunities within the customer journey, focusing on Product Awareness and Consumer Engagement (PACE) reviews, while maintaining effective regulatory compliance, particularly concerning consumer duty. This is an extremely varied role, with plenty of room to develop a number of marketable skills and make a real impact on the success of the business.

The Propositions role at ARAG includes general product management activities such as product governance, developing product knowledge, and monitoring product performance and understanding and using insight to develop new propositions that work for our business partners and their customers. This might be new products, new features for existing products or using existing features and benefits to develop marketing campaigns.

The successful applicant for this role will be helping the Propositions Manager to deliver propositions that address customer needs and improve the customer experience and manage and deliver regulatory requirements, including regular product reviews and reporting. There are already prescribed processes in place and the role holder will be given full training in the latest regulation if required. No experience in the role is required, but this role will be suitable for candidates who are looking for a career in Marketing, Product or Proposition management., As a Propositions Executive, in return for your commitment we will offer you generous remuneration and a benefits package to include:

    We are looking for resilient candidates who are proactive, excellent communicators and are able to act independently and manage multiple priorities. You'll bring curiosity and imagination with you, and a creative perspective when analysing information and data. You'll have the ability to build good working relationships and will be able to demonstrate:

  • An ability to take multiple sources of information and write reports and other documents;

  • The ability to clearly articulate own point of view and listen to others in order to make good decisions;

  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel to create documents and presentations;

  • The ability to interpret all types of information, identify insights and draw conclusions;

  • Good organisational and planning skills; and

  • The ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks in line with business priorities.
