Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Proposition Manager to join our team of problem solvers who prioritise customer happiness. This role involves crafting new and innovative propositions that disrupt the market. This role is crucial for crafting and delivering compelling propositions (Connectivity, Mobile and TV) that align with our business strategy and customer needs. You will lead the entire proposition development process, from market research and concept creation to launch and early performance optimisation. Key responsibilities & accountabilities

  • Own the development of new complex propositions across Mobile, Connectivity and TV, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives, commercial goals and market demands.
  • Identify market opportunities through research, customer insights, and competitor analysis to inform proposition development.
  • Develop propositions that are truly customer centric, and evolve our portfolio versus the competition
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Go to Market, Sales and Operations, to ensure seamless delivery of propositions.
  • Collaborate with project managers and change leads to sustain progress, ensuring important achievements are reached and any obstacles are promptly resolved.
  • Develop and present cases, including financial modelling, to support proposition recommendations and funding.
  • Cultivate positive connections with collaborators throughout the company to ensure alignment and gain support for proposals.
  • Build harmonious relationships with the GTM Team to land propositions in market to the greatest effect

    Proven experience in crafting and delivering complex propositions and products, from concept to customer.
  • Experience in working closely with IT to deliver complex propositions at scale into the market
  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting persuasive arguments and acquiring funding
  • Ability to work closely with collaborators to transform customer insights into practical development plans
  • Ability to balance customer experience and appeal with commercial viability and development complexity when consider proposition design and solution options
  • Strong competence in analysing market performance compared to business expectations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex data into actionable insights.
