Full Job Description

We are recruiting for an IT Provision & Compliance Manager to join our Technology team in Bristol.

Your Role

Reporting to the Head of IT Operations, you will be a member of the IT Operations Team and lead the IT Provision and Compliance Team, owning responsibility for maintaining compliance of TLT's technical end user assets and all technical and compliance aspects of the JLT process. You will own responsibility for technical build and provision of TLT end user hardware assets. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding relevant SLA's and OLA's, including the measurement and monitoring of relevant KPI's, whilst maintaining a customer-focussed approach to the role by building relationships with key stakeholders.

As our IT Provision & Compliance Manager your day-to-day remit includes:

  • Ensuring that all technical aspects of the JLT process are completed accurately and to deadline, monitoring SLA's, OLA's and KPI performance.

  • Monitoring and measuring team performance against compliance KPI's, performing compliance audits for end user technical assets, improving team performance where required and producing the monthly compliance performance report.

  • Working closely with the IT technical teams and external suppliers to maintain, test and rollout end user device builds.

  • Providing and managing resource to build and distribute end user devices to support hardware renewal projects.

  • Actively building direct relationships and engaging with stakeholders and owning responsibility for the resolution of any provision or compliance issues that may arise.

  • Ensure that records management is carried out to the highest standards, including the maintenance of compliance and asset registers.

  • Working closely with the IT Support Manager to manage IT stock ordering and distribution., Our IT team makes sure our capabilities match our ambition. We provide training our people to make sure everyone at TLT can work together, and with our clients, as effectively as possible.

    Be an excellent people leader whilst having a fundamental understanding of end user device management, build, configuration and compliance. You will also have a comprehensive understanding of technical user onboarding and offboarding.

  • Solid experience in a technical line management role, managing a team and third-party suppliers.

  • Substantial experience delivering customer facing frontline IT services to a firm of up to 2000 employees.

  • Substantial experience of supporting and maintaining Active Directory, 365, Windows account management, Windows OS builds, mobile device management, end user device management, application distribution, telephony services and asset management.
