Full Job Description

As a Provision Manager you will be responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of an operational provision for young people (16-19, 24 with an EHC plan). Programmes are tailored around individual learner needs and work experience is sourced for the individual through successful skills match. The qualification offer has been developed using information from the local labour market. We work closely with employers and referrers to ensure that the curriculum offered meets the needs of the young people. This role will be based at Spalding on Tuesday and Thursday and Boston on Wednesday and Friday with some flexibility on the work location on Mondays to include working from home on this day.
