FaM are a trusted advisor and critical friend to 1st line teams. Our key purpose is to enable the business to make effective risk-based decisions, considering the prudential regulatory framework and underpinned by robust controls and governance. The individual will work closely with stakeholders around the business, including within Risk, Finance and Treasury, and there will be exposure to Senior Management and the Executive.
Were looking an individual who has proven experience in the financial services industry, with substantial exposure to regulatory bodies such as the PRA and Bank of England.
