Full Job Description

The successful candidate will work alongside the Step 2 Leads and all members of the Step 2 Team to ensure appropriate clinical support and guidance is given to the step 2 workforce and that the needs of the clients NHS Sefton Talking Therapies serves are being met., Provide a service that is flexible, as far as possible, to meet the demands of the client. Have the ability to offer evidence-based practice in facilitated self-help and group work Develop, support and train innovative practice to Trainee & Qualified PWP's and to Primary Care colleagues, such as health visitors and to colleagues in statutory and non-statutory organisations. Promote and contribute to the development and maintenance of a healthy therapeutic culture within the service amongst colleagues and the people who use the service.
